Hi Beth - I’m loving all your recipes and advice. I struggle with getting a good nights sleep. I thought you had a link to the sleep supplements you use but I can’t locate it. Any help is appreciated.
Hi Amy! I am so glad you are here. I always recommend magnesium glycinate and melatonin to start with. Just these two supplements can be a huge help. Progesterone can also be immensely helpful for sleep if you are in the perimenopause or menopause age range. I will share the link to full script for the magnesium and melatonin: https://us.fullscript.com/plans/bbollinger-the-supplements-i-take-daily-beth

Hi Beth! What about berries and fruits? I find myself going to the grocery store twice a week to get fresh fruits.
Hi Far! I go the Farmer's Market on Sunday and that is where I buy produce and berries. I do keep frozen berries on hand to add to No Oats, yogurt bowls and to bake with. This post talks about more than just what I have on auto-ship: https://nestwellness.substack.com/p/creating-a-healthy-blood-sugar-friendly?r=2plwal
