A gf and grain-free version of yeasty cinnamon rolls is certainly a challenge! I’m sure your neighbors (and chickens) were happy. 😊These look perfect, Beth!

Oat fiber is a flour made from the outer shell of oats, is gluten free, is a great source of fiber and excellent for controlling blood sugar and insulin levels, and reducing cholesterol.
