Oat fiber is a flour made from the outer shell of oats, is gluten free, is a great source of fiber and excellent for controlling blood sugar and insulin levels, and reducing cholesterol. It is a great low carb baking ingredient that supports metabolic health. This is the one I buy: https://amzn.to/3YGCziz
