So much great information in this post! Thank you for sharing!

Would you mind sharing a little more insight behind taking digestive enzymes/activated charcoal? Is this part of your regular routine, or just for travel?

Thanks again!

Hi Stacie! I do this just for travel and eating away from home. I don’t tolerate cow dairy and gluten so I will keep digestive enzymes with me in case I get accidental exposure and wind up with a stomachache. The activated charcoal is for food poisoning. I got very sick about 4 years ago on a trip from some bad seafood so I always take GI detox with me now. I like this one because it also has gut soothing ingredients like aloe vera.

Hi Beth! I clicked on the link and looked at your Fullscript catalog/favorites.

Which of the two enzymes that are listed do you currently prefer? Also, I could not find any products with Activated Charcoal in your listing. But I could have overlooked! Would you mind sharing? We also have a few travels coming up and I’d like to order. Thanks so much!

The GI Detox contains activated charcoal and the Pure digestive enzymes ultra are the 2 products I am taking on my trip. I will also take my regular probiotic: Pendulum metabolic daily as well my usual supplements🧡

Wonderful roundup, Beth! Saved it for later inspiration as well. :) I love your mindset around spending time with your kids and how you come from a place of gratitude (quite different from Eastern European mindset haha) - definitely something I hope to cultivate with my daughter as she grows older.

It’s a lot around the idea that kids “have to come visit you”, like it’s somehow an obligation for them to visit, call, etc. Life is lived a lot around kids and grandkids, but that puts a lots of weight on their shoulders.

Hi Beth I tried to join the Blood Sugar method course and had to reset my password and it took me to a non working link. Please help! I'm very excited about the course!
