I’m excited to try these, and I’m wondering if those paper cupcake things would work instead of ramekins. Then I could take them to work and not worry about cleanup.

I worry the paper might get soggy. If you do use paper, remove the paper after cooling them. Silicone liners make egg bites a cinch- these are the ones I use https://amzn.to/3YvClfw.
